The new star trek is really fun
cameos, alternate timelines and callback-parallels for older fans.
saw an i-max for the first time. The theature in my hometown is just 5.1. So seeing a screen that big that was 7.2 + 3d was absolutely amazing.
Ben Burrt did the sound design too, so you can’t go wrong really. Lucas’ mixes are always technically superb. I think I only recognized 3-4 scenes/sounds that sat a little odd with me. At that point it’d probably just be subjective. Idk, you guys tell me if the punches sound odd to you.
